Customized Massage 

Services are designed to provide the best results client to client.  A combination of modalities such as swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, trigger point, and/or sports massage may be incorporated into the session to address specific therapeutic needs.

Couples Massage

A couples massage is a wonderfully relaxing, personal experience. During the session, two people receive massages at the same time, in a shared space from two different therapists.

Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Chair Massage

Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist.

SportStretch

SportStretch® is a floor mat, movement based, full body routine that consists of both actively and passively stretching a client.  It can be done as an individual treatment or integrated into a massage session. This work can be used as a warmup (prior to rigorous activity) or it can be applied as recovery work to encourage relaxation (after rigorous activity).  This stretch routine has uniquely incorporated a combination of techniques such as Thai Massage, Compression, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), Ashiatsu, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Post Isometric Relaxation (PIR), Traction and various other Myofascial and Myoskeletal techniques to promote optimal flexibility/range of motion.
