Charene Carrington has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since June 2012. 

A Virginia College (Huntsville Campus) alum, Charene graduated with honors and earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in June 2010. She has also been a proud member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) organization since May 2012.  

The practice philosophy of TOUCH Massage is to help relieve others from the everyday stresses of life through the therapeutic power of touch to rejuvenate and replenish the mind, body and spirit.  

As said by Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe, "We must always change, renew, rejuvenate ourselves; otherwise we harden." This is the very reason Charene chose to go into massage therapy.  Like it or not, we only have one body and it tells on us all the time. She believes it is important to take care as best we can of our bodies and to treat it with the same respect that we would treat anything else we value.

To close, Charene hails from Huntsville, AL--born and raised; she is a wife, poet, friend, sister, daughter and mother of two amazing children and has the privilege of being a bonus mom to one fantastic son. Charene loves her family.  Charene loves her life. Charene LOVES massage therapy!
